At Kwickgaadi, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent rental experience. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures fair treatment for both customers and the business.

1. Cancellation By User:

• Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
• 25% deduction if canceled within 24 hours of rental start time.
• No refund for no-shows or cancellation after rental start.

2. Cancellation By Kwickgaadi:

• If we are unable to fulfill the booking due to vehicle unavailability, breakdown, or verification failure, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timelines:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• Unused rental duration
• Breach of Terms of Use
• User misconduct or illegal activity
