• Return Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 1 business day after inspection.
• Deductions: Any damage or missing items may result in partial or full withholding of the deposit.

• Provide Details: Include your booking ID, contact info, and reason for refund.
• Investigation: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
• Decision: Refunds, if approved, will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
