KwickGaadi – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Service

KwickGaadi is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners (“Hosts”) with users (“Guests”) who wish to rent/lease vehicles. KwickGaadi does not own vehicles, is not a transportation service, and is not a party to the rental agreement between Host and Guest.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Hosts must own a validly registered, insured vehicle in good condition.
• Guests must have a valid driving license and government-issued ID.

3. Account & Registration

• To access services, users must create an account with accurate information.
• Users are responsible for keeping login details confidential.
• KwickGaadi may verify submitted documents through third-party providers.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made via the Platform.
• Guests must pay the rental, applicable fees, and any add-on charges through the Platform.
• Hosts will receive payments after deductions (platform/service fees, penalties if any).

5. Responsibilities

• Hosts must ensure vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and legally compliant.
• Guests must use vehicles responsibly and only for personal, lawful purposes.
• Damages, traffic violations, or loss during the booking period are the Guest’s responsibility.

6. Cancellations & Penalties

Cancellations, rescheduling, late returns, or damages may attract charges as per KwickGaadi’s policies. Repeated violations may lead to suspension of account.

7. Insurance & Liability

Hosts must maintain valid insurance as required by law. Guests may be required to pay for additional protection plans. KwickGaadi is not liable for accidents, theft, damages, or disputes between Host and Guest.

8. Termination

Either party may close their account at any time. KwickGaadi may suspend/terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or unlawful activities.

9. Privacy & Data

User data will be collected, used, and protected as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City].
