KwickGaadi – Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of Services
KwickGaadi operates as an online marketplace that facilitates connections between vehicle owners (“Hosts”) and individuals seeking to rent or lease vehicles (“Guests”). KwickGaadi does not own, operate, or manage any vehicles listed on the platform and does not provide transportation services. All rental or lease agreements are entered into directly between the Host and the Guest, and KwickGaadi is not a party to such agreements.
2. Eligibility and User Requirements
To access and use the platform, users must be at least 18 years of age. Hosts are required to own vehicles that are validly registered, insured, and maintained in roadworthy condition in accordance with applicable laws. Guests must possess a valid driving license and a government-issued identity document, which may be verified during registration or prior to a booking.
3. Account Registration and Verification
Users must create an account on the platform by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. KwickGaadi reserves the right to verify user details and documents through third-party verification services to ensure compliance and platform safety.
4. Bookings and Payments
All vehicle bookings must be made exclusively through the KwickGaadi platform. Guests are required to pay the rental amount, applicable service fees, and any additional charges as displayed at the time of booking. Payments to Hosts will be processed after applicable deductions, including platform fees, penalties, or other charges, as per KwickGaadi’s policies.
5. User Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are legally compliant, properly insured, and well-maintained throughout the listing period. Guests must use the rented vehicles responsibly and strictly for lawful and personal purposes. Any damage, traffic violation, loss, or misuse occurring during the booking period shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest.
6. Cancellations, Penalties, and Violations
Cancellations, rescheduling, late returns, or vehicle damages may attract charges in accordance with KwickGaadi’s cancellation and penalty policies. Repeated violations or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or permanent termination at KwickGaadi’s discretion.
7. Insurance and Limitation of Liability
Hosts are required to maintain valid vehicle insurance as mandated by law. Guests may be required to opt for additional protection or coverage plans where applicable. KwickGaadi shall not be held liable for any accidents, theft, damages, losses, or disputes arising between Hosts and Guests during or after a booking.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Users may choose to close their accounts at any time. KwickGaadi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or participate in unlawful or unethical conduct.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information collected through the platform is handled in accordance with KwickGaadi’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to the collection, use, and protection of their data as outlined therein.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
